Patti Howard delivers resounding success for buyers and sellers throughout Westchester County. For more than a decade, Patti has applied her legal expertise and passion for helping people to offer dedicated hands-on service focused on educating clients and helping them meet their personal and financial goals.
Patti practiced law in New York City and Westchester for 15 years prior to becoming a real estate broker, and her work most often involved property and contract disputes. She credits this experience with forming her honed listening, writing, research, and negotiation skills. As a Westchester resident for nearly three decades, Patti is an ideal guide to the area's many villages and neighborhoods, and she leverages her abilities as an advocate to consistently exceed expectations.
Clients praise Patti’s work ethic and creativity, as well as her knack for staying one step ahead, even in the busiest market conditions. Whether she's working with buyers or sellers of primary homes, second homes or equestrian properties, Patti's ultimate goal is to deliver a seamless, successful and enjoyable experience from start to finish. It is no surprise she frequently ranked among the top area professionals at her previous firm.
Originally from Long Island, Patti earned her bachelor's degree from Emory University and a J.D. from Hofstra University's School of Law. She and her husband raised their three children in Northern Westchester. They currently reside in Bedford, having previously lived in Armonk and Pound Ridge. They also lived as ex-pats in Geneva, Switzerland, for two years, an experience which is invaluable for those looking to market and purchase properties internationally. When not working with real estate clients, Patti can be found horseback riding, exercising and spending time with family and friends.
